By using www.mahalaxmifoods.com, herein after referred as “The Site”, you signify your assent and agreement to these Terms of Service. If you agree to these Terms of Service, please go ahead & use The Site. The Site is owned by Govind Kolte Foods Private Limited, herein after called as ‘The Company’. Throughout The Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Company. “you” & “yours” refer to the user accessing or using The Site who may be an individual, or any legal entity.

No material from The Site or any other website owned, operated, controlled or licensed by The Company and/or its associates or its sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without the written permission of The Company. Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of The Company and/or its associates or sister concerns or affiliates and will attract legal action as per existing laws of the Government of India.

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of The Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized users attempting to access these areas of The Site may be subject to prosecution. While these links are provided for convenience to The Site users, the presence of any link does not imply The Company endorsement of that site. It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of viruses or other items of a destructive nature.

In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, The Company will, from time to time, make changes in the contents, products and services described on The Site. The prices advertised on The Site are for internet orders. Prices and the availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any prices used on The Site may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. The Company reserves the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. The Company is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. The Company, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

For all the orders, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked, refusal to accept or any other reason/s, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

The Company always try our level best to give you in time delivery but, in any case of courier company, delay may occur. Sometimes in special days and festival seasons, courier company cannot deliver parcels in time. In that case The Company is not responsible for late delivery. Hoping your positive approach towards the situation.

Users who have availed products and/or services through The Site, The Company reaches out to these users via SMS / E-mail / Call / WhatsApp messages online and ask them for feedback on their experience or inform them on the latest product updates. The Company has complete ownership of this flow of feedback collection.
